If this were not the case, the pandemic would have precipitated an unprecedented food crisis. The COVID-19 crisis has also demonstrated the resilience, adaptive capacity and innovativeness of agriculture and food systems.

Despite much uncertainty and upheaval of our economy during the 2020 outbreak, many organic farms have been bright spots of the COVID-19 economy.
